Presentation: Could your position be replaced by an “Intelligent Agent”?
You might not be familiar with Intelligent Agents yet, but they are set to become pivotal in the AI landscape. Intelligent agents represent the next phase in AI and GenAI capabilities, moving beyond question/generation responses to executing tasks traditionally performed by HUMANS. From a career standpoint, expect to engage with Intelligent Agents regularly – including job searches, employee onboarding/offboarding and business workflows.
Up to now, the focus in AI for job seekers has primarily been focused on ChatGPT for creating cover letters, resumes, and preparing for interviews. However, the reality is stark: even if ChatGPT helps you land an interview, without the necessary AI competencies (or mastery) you won’t secure the job.
As such, Intelligent Agents is the focus for George’s BRAND NEW 2025 presentation. In this presentation George will:
- Illuminate foundational truths specific to Intelligent Agent adoption
- Provide an overview of Intelligent Agents – and how they differ from ChatGPT

It may be that your former job function or industry has changed and requires professional skills you do not have. Or, you cannot keep up with the physical rigors of your old job. In these cases, you may not easily be able to find the job that you have previously done for so long. This program examines why you can’t do what you used to do, and discusses ways to leverage your professional expertise in order to move forward in your career. Our speaker David Schuchman is an information technology professional with a passion for technology implementation, as well as applications design, development and IT operations. He is also the executive chair and leader of the Professional Service Group of Mercer County, a networking community for professionals in career transition.

Herein lies the issue of being “ghosted” by a potential employer. Statistics indicate that 75% of job applicants say they were ghosted after a positive interview.

We will be collecting $10 Cash per attendee at door as we must pay to rent the room and are required to have insurance to use the facility. More Information: The has now changed its operating model from virtual meetings, face-to-face meeting to a one-on-one mentor/coach model. Our leaders and others who volunteer and are vetted by founder will offer one on one sessions with our membership information and a large amount of resources for NhNUSA may be found at www.nhnusa.org. There is both a registration for members needing help, along with a registration for applying to be a coach/mentor.
